  • Upload your resume and answer questions about your job preferences. 

 

  • Based on your qualifications, receive recommendations for workshops and training to boost your capabilities.

 

  • Select preferred recommendations and get registered for the chosen workshops.

  •  For those who didn’t go through Phase 1, submit your resume and complete a survey about your expectations for volunteering and networking events. 

 

  • If you completed Phase 1, fill out the survey based on your expectations. 

 

  • Based on your feedback, receive recommendations for volunteering and networking events. 

 

  • Select preferred recommendations and get registered for the chosen volunteering and networking event.

  • Sign up on CIA’s in-house application platform. 

 

  • Upload your resume and cover letter.
